I am a PhD Candidate in the Department of Psychology at the University of Toronto. I work with Dr. Daphna Buchsbaum and Dr. Laura Corbit, investigating cognitive processes in non-humans. My broad research interests are centered around how dogs think and learn about the physical world. In my pre-pandemic research, I investigated how dogs think about physical properties of objects and understand causal relationships of objects and agents. While I'm not able to currently work with pet dogs in our lab due to physical distancing safety measures, I'm developing online studies for dogs and their guardians to enjoy!
